No Refund Policy for Yoga Programs

​

1. Enrollment and Payment: By enrolling in any of our yoga programs, you agree to pay the specified fees associated with the chosen program. Payment is required in full at the time of registration. 

​

2. No Refund Policy: All payments for yoga programs at GRACE OF HATHA are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded, in whole or in part, for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, medical issues, or relocation in such cases only 92% of amount will be considered to be refunded.

3. Program Transfers: Program transfers may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability. A transfer fee may apply, and any difference in program fees must be paid before the transfer is approved.

4. Cancellation by GRACE OF HATHA: In the unlikely event that GRACE OF HATHA cancels a yoga program, participants will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, a 98% refund or credit towards a future program will be offered to the enrolled participants.

​

5. Participant Responsibilities: It is the responsibility of the participant to attend the scheduled classes and sessions. No refunds or credits will be provided for missed classes, sessions, or any unused portion of the program.

​

6. Exceptions: Exceptions to this No Refund Policy may only be granted in extreme circumstances, at the sole discretion of GRACE OF HATHA. Any approved exceptions will be subject to a processing fee.

By enrolling in a yoga program at GRACE OF HATHA, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this No Refund Policy.
